She is absolutely perfect. I had some anxiety and Depression issues. And she used CBT( Cognitive behavioral therapy) method to help me. She helped me understand the root causes of all my issues and helped me heal. She had her way to make me more comfortable so that I can open up to her. I still refer to her notes every once and then and they really help !! If one is struggling with Anxiety disorders or depression, they should definitely choose her.
